Home page for benefits managers

The Home page displays panes that contain tasks that benefits managers regularly perform and information that they need:
  • Life Events
  • Benefits Processing
  • Set Up and Maintenance
  • Enrollment Maintenance
  • Advanced Tools and Reports

The Life Events pane features a pie chart with the percentages of life events in Draft, Started, Submitted, and Submit Pending status. The other panes include links to frequently used actions and helpful information.

Additional panels for Open Enrollment tracking and ACA navigations can be configured through the Configuration Console.
