Reevaluating eligibility for enrollments

When an individual no longer belongs to an enrollment group and is not eligible for benefits, you can use this procedure to inactivate or delete the enrollment in various statuses. The Inactivate option keeps a record in history while the Delete option removes any record of it.

  1. Select Benefits > Enrollment Events > Open Enrollment.

    or Select Benefits > Enrollment Events > Life Events.

  2. Select an enrollment event.
  3. Click Reevaluate Eligibility.
  4. Specify the Action To Take based on their current Enrollment Status:
    Draft

    For statuses in Draft, select whether to Inactivate or Delete.

    Started

    For statuses that are Started, select whether to Inactivate or Delete.

    Submitted

    For statuses that are Submitted, select whether to Inactivate or Delete.

    Submit Pending

    For statuses that are Submit Pending, select whether to Inactivate or Delete.

    Finalized

    For statuses that are Finalized, select whether to Inactivate or Delete.

  5. Click OK to process this action immediately.

    Selected statuses are inactivated or deleted.
