ACA offers

Affordable Care Act (ACA) offers are used to determine the monthly information related to individuals (employees, retirees, and COBRA participants) that is used in annual reporting. These offers are automatically created when resources are enrolled in benefits, and the applicable contribution rule enables ACA.

Offers are created for benefit plans resources are enrolled in and eligible for, and that have ACA enabled contribution rules applicable to the resource. Offers are also created for ACA enabled waive plans.

Offers can also be made at any time with the Create Offers action.
