Uploading data for COBRA enrollments

Normally, COBRA processing is based on existing employee and benefit records. If you must enroll an individual in COBRA benefits and there is no existing employee record, you can use Infor Spreadsheet Designer (ISD) to upload the data from a spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet specifies key information such as the HR organization, the participant, the COBRA occurrence type, and the occurrence date. In ISD, perform an Insert Upload. The business class is Participant and the action is ImportParticipantBenefits. Select all fields and the data will be uploaded to the system.
