Use this procedure to view the benefit groups associated with a COBRA
participant.
Select Benefits > Set Up > Groups > Benefit Groups By COBRA Participants.
Select the resource to see their Benefit Groups displayed in the lower
table.
You can refresh the Benefit Groups table by right-clicking a COBRA
participant and selecting Refresh Benefit Groups For
This Participant. The Last Refreshed column displays the date
and time at which the table was refreshed.
