Enrollment events

Enrollment events are used to define open enrollments, life events, and COBRA events. They also control how these events are displayed to the individual.

Open enrollments include a set date range in which individuals can enroll in benefits.

Life events include a defined amount of time around a life event in which the individual can access benefit changes. For example, a new hire is considered a life event. You might give an employee 30 days from their hire date to enroll in benefits.

Use the Copy action to avoid re-keying options and rules for events with similar attributes.
