Close plans

When you run the Close Plans action, these processes occur in the application:

• Closes the transaction status of the transactions that are processed in these processing actions:
  • Process Plans
  • Update Zero Balances
  • Payout Plans
  • Adjust Allotments
  If these processing programs are closed, then you cannot recalculate or adjust the transactions.

  You can adjust plan balances in Absence Management > Processing > Manual Transactions..

• Updates resource plan with new balances and dates.
• Updates the transaction summary file with transaction amounts that are closed.
