Copying an exchange time off period

Use this procedure to copy rules from an existing exchange time off period and create another.

  1. Select Absence Management > Set Up > Exchange Time Off Schedules.
  2. Select the exchange time off schedule.
  3. On the Periods tab, select the exchange time off period.
  4. Click Copy Period.
    Note: If you activate the new exchange request period, the previous one is automatically deactivated.
