Creating a sell time off period

After a sell time off period is created, the dates cannot be edited. There can only be one active sell time off period per schedule.

  1. Select Absence Management > Set Up > Sell Time Off Schedules.
  2. Select the sell time off schedule.
  3. On the Periods tab, click Create.
  4. Select the type of request: Sell From Available or Sell From Carryover. Optionally, set a minimum or maximum number of hours an employee can request to buy.
  5. Select the date on which sell time off requests are processed and time off is subtracted from Available Time Off.
  6. Click Save.
