Mass terminate by absence plan

  1. Select Absence Management > Enrollment > Mass Terminate.
  2. Specify this information:
    Processing Option
    Select Absence Plan.
    Plan Type
    Specify a plan type from which to terminate resources. Required.
    Eligibility Groups
    Select one or more eligibility groups. If this field is blank, all of the Eligibility Groups are processed.
    Version and Accrual End Date
    Specify the date to add as the Version End Date on selected plans and the Accrual End Date on the affected resource plans. Required.
    Include Non-Zero Available Balances
    Select this check box to terminate records with available balances, including negative balances. If this field is cleared, only resource plan records with no available balances are terminated.
    Update
    Specify whether to create a list of plans to terminate or to terminate the selected plans.
    • List Plans To Terminate: Creates a list of records that will be terminated.
    • Terminate Plans: Terminates the plans that match the selection criteria. It is important to use the same selection criteria to terminate as you did when you generated the List Plans To Terminate.

  3. Click OK to process this action immediately.

    Click the Schedule button to schedule the action to run later.
