Temporary time records

Temporary time records are used to derive accurate balances from linked plans when time records or time off requests are still in Draft or Submitted status. These temporary records capture what the balance will be after the pending event records are approved.

The values in the temporary time records are used to calculate the Pending Time Off and Available For Request balances for a resource plan. Actual time records are used to derive accurate balances from linked plans after time records or time off requests are approved.

To view temporary time records, select Absence Management > Utilities > Temporary Time Records.
