Rules

When you create a plan, you use rules for service, accrual, usage, etc. These rules apply to a Eligibility Group, which is a group of resources. Rules can be used by more than one plan.

Six rules can be defined per structure. These rules are required by each plan:

  • Service Rule
  • Accrual Rule
  • Limit Rule

These rules are not required for each plan:

  • Usage Rule, required if plan is set for accruals
  • Balance Rule
  • General Ledger Liability Rule
