Processing retroactive accruals for cycle based plans

  1. Select Resource Absence Plans where:
    • Resource Plan Last Period End Date or Last Service Record number is not blank
    • Plan Type Table Basis is Cycle
    • Plan Accrual Rule uses a Service Class on a Formula or Calculation
    • Plan Accrual Rule Pay Cycle Adjust is one of the Adjust To Pay Period options
  2. Select service records where:
    • Period End Date is less than or equal to Resource Plan Last Period End Date
    • Service Record with an Accrual Status of Created or Processed.
    • If Use Last Service Record Hours And Last Service Record Earnings As Basis For Retroactive Accruals is enabled in Absence Configuration, then the Service Record number is greater than Resource Plan Last Service Record number and the Accrual Status is not used.
    • Service Records must have a related Time Record Status of Current, Processed, Error, Manual, or Closed By Payroll for GHR Payroll Employees,
  3. For Service records found, create Accrual Adjustments for the period defined by the Pay Period End date on the service record
