Manually terminating resource plans

  1. Select Absence Management > Enrollment > Manual.
    Select one of these menu options depending on which level you use to enroll:
    • By Resource: Select the resource and open the plan to terminate.
    • By Plan: Select the plan and open the resource plan to terminate.
    • By Organization: Open the resource plan to terminate.
  2. Specify this information:
    Plan End Date
    Specify a new plan end date. This is the date that all accruals and transaction processing stop for this record.
    Accrual End Date
    You can stop resource accruals from processing by specifying an end date. The resource plan remains active but accruals cannot be created.
  3. Click Save.
