Cycle processing programs

Cycle processing programs have a Rerun option but no Update option. The update occurs when the cycle status is changed to closed. Before the cycle status is changed to closed, these set actions can be run and rerun as often as required. Whether the Rerun is a boolean check box or has more options varies across the programs.
