Select Filter dialog box

Use this dialog box to select a filter to retrieve or delete a collection. In normal use, the list includes only those filters that are associated with the current collection. In Design mode, the list includes all existing filters.

Select the filter you want to either open or delete, and then click OK.

To display this dialog box, use these methods:

• While working in a query form, select Actions > Filter > Open or Actions > Filter > Delete.
• While working in any other multiview form for which a filter has been saved, select Actions > Filter > Apply Saved Filter.
  Note:  Although you can access this dialog box from any multiview form, unless you have previously saved the filter using the associate query form, no filter is available in this dialog box.
• While working on a form in design mode, select Edit > Filter > Edit.

  In this mode, when you select a filter and then click OK, the system opens the Edit Filter dialog box for that filter.
