Search Preference List
When you enable SmartLink in your Microsoft Outlook add-in for this application, use this form to define which search items the add-in should look for in e-mails that come from different types of senders. The types of senders you can choose from are predefined and are listed in the Search Groups drop-down list. The Search Items you can choose from are defined on the Search Items form.
Normal users can only define and view search preferences for yourself. However, system administrators can set up search preferences for any user.
As an example, you can specify a Search Group of Vendor and a Search Item of PONum. Then, when you receive an email from a person whose name matches a contact name from the Vendors dataset, the Outlook add-in searches the PONum dataset for text that exactly matches any text in the email.
You can set up multiple rows for a search group, with a different search item in each row.
