Tenant ID

The tenant ID is used in all business object documents (BODs) to identify the sender of the document. It is limited to a maximum of 22 characters. This ID is used primarily for transactions on hosted software or "Software as a Service" (SaaS).

On forms that use this value, the application looks first at the Sites or Sites/Entities form and uses that value. If no value is specified there, the application looks next at the Intranets form, and uses that value. If no value is specified on either form, the application uses infor as the default value.
