Send External Notifications
Note: This option functions independent of the Email Notification field on the Report Options form.
Select this check box to allow the system to send an email to the specified address in these cases:
- If this user is set up to receive reports by email.
See the help on emailing reports.
- If this user is subscribed to publications on the Publications form.
- If an event of type Notify has occurred.
See the help on the Action Type field.
If you do not provide a notification address, the selected user cannot receive emails to an external address.
Note: The Forms Database Name field on the Sites or Sites/Entities form must be populated properly before external notifications can be sent.
