Report Output Folder
If a global file system/UNC path (for example, \\servername\ReportOutputs) is specified here, all report outputs created for this site are directed to this folder.
However, if a Report Output Directory is also specified in the Report Options form, that specification overrides this setting. This is true even if the Report Output Directory in the Report Options form is blank. Thus, the presence of a matching report output profile on the Report Options form overrides the Report Output Folder in the Sites or Sites/Entities form. If the Report Output Directory is blank in the matching profile, then TaskMan uses the default output folder based on the TaskMan Path on the Intranets form.
Within the report output directory, TaskMan looks for a user-specific subfolder; if not found, TaskMan creates the subfolder and directs report output into it. User-specific subfolders are used only if the Report Output Obfuscation process default is set to 0.
You can specify these TaskMan keywords within the output path, which are substituted accordingly:
Keyword | Subsitution |
---|---|
BG~TMHOMEDIR~ | TaskMan home directory |
BG~TASKID~ | Task ID/number |
BG~TASKNAME~ | Task name |
BG~CONFIG~ | Configuration name |
BG~REQUSER~ | User requesting the task |
BG~SITEID~ | ID of the site |
