Reference Sequence

This field indicates the order in which the document (file) was attached to the record.

For example, suppose you have a customer order record with three documents attached to it. The first one to be attached displays a 1 in this field, the second one displays a 2, and the third one displays a 3.

This number is generated automatically when the document is attached.
