Recipients

Specify a semicolon delimited list of recipients.

For a Notify or Prompt action, this is a list of one or more system users, by user ID. For a Send Email action, this is a list of one or more properly formatted email addresses.

Note:  The list displayed below this field consists of system users only. Email addresses are available only if they have been included in the system user's profile.

To create the list:

  • Select the recipients from the list of those available and then click Update.

    If you use this method, the form of the user's ID  that is displayed in this field when you click Update depends on the form from which you accessed the Event Action Parameter Recipients form:

    • From the Event Action Notify or Event Action Prompt form, this field displays the system user ID.
    • From the Event Action Send Email form, this field displays the users' email addresses (assuming they are available). If no email address is part of a selected user's profile, then the system just does not return anything for that user.
  • Click the button to the left of this field to construct a reference using expressions.
  • Specify the list manually.
