Printer Description
On the Report Options form, this field displays the description of the printer, as specified on the Printers form.
Note: On the Report
Options form, this field displays a description only if you:
- Select Printer as the Output Format.
- Select a printer in the Printer Name column.
- Have a description entered in this field on the Printers form.
On the Printers form, you can use this field to specify a brief description of the printer. This description can help you or others more easily identify which printer is which.
For example, you might enter something like "Laser printer in Accounting" or "Color printer in the front office."
