Interval Type
Choose the interval type from the drop down list. After you choose the interval type, set the interval in the Interval field. For example, you might choose an interval type of Minutes and then enter 90 in the interval field. All interval types except transactional are non-transactional, which means that there is no live connection to another site. These interval types are available:
-
Transactional: Transactional is
a live constant connection from one site to another. Any update is
made to the remote site immediately.
Note: Replication to or from a site on an external intranet cannot be transactional. It must be non-transactional (asynchronous). If you set up a rule that violates this, an error message is displayed.
- Immediate: Choose this option to have the replicated data immediately sent to the replication queue.
- Minutes: Choose this option to replicate data every certain number of minutes.
- Hours: Choose this option to replicate data every certain number of hours.
- Days: Choose this option to replicate data every certain number of days.
