FAX Output Format

Select a format in which reports are to be generated. When a fax is sent, the system creates an output file using this format in the user's standard output directory.

Fax Service	Fax Output Format
Windows Fax	TIFF or Acrobat Format (PDF) is recommended.
Third-party software	Third-party software may require Microsoft Word, Acrobat Format (PDF), or some other format. Consult the documentation for your third-party software for any special requirements.
