Email Type

On the Email Types form, enter a description for the email type that you are creating.

On the Users form, in the grid at the bottom of the Email Addresses tab, you can select and set up, for the selected user, multiple email type descriptions, and specify a different address for each one. You can then select one of these definitions for the primary, notification, and prompt email address fields above the grid, as needed for the selected user.

Note: You cannot select a primary, notification, or prompt address until you have first entered at least one email address in the grid.

On the Publication Subscribers form, select an existing description when subscribing a user to a publication.
