Archiving unprocessed BODs

If your Replication Document Inbox or your Replication Document Outbox has an overabundance of unprocessed BODs, one option is (temporarily) to archive these BODs and process or purge them at a later time. To archive unprocessed BODs, perform this procedure:
Note: For BODs to be successfully archived, you must first add your configuration to the list of available configurations in the Service Configuration Manager utility, TaskMan tab.
  1. (Optional) Open the Replication Document Inbox or Replication Document Outbox, and confirm the existence of unprocessed BODs.
This can be done by executing Filter-In-Place on the Processed check box.
Note: To filter for unprocessed BODs, before you execute Filter-In-Place, you must first select and then clear the Processed check box.
  2. Open the Replication Document Inbox/Outbox Utilities form.
  3. Select the Archive/Restore Utility tab.
  4. Select Archive Unprocessed BODs.
  5. Specify the type of unprocessed BODs to archive: Inbox or Outbox.
  6. Click Process.

Archived BODs are stored in these tables:

  • For the Replication Document Inbox:
    • COR_INBOX_HEADERS_ARCHIVE
    • COR_INBOX_ENTRY_ARCHIVE
  • For the Replication Document Outbox:
    • COR_OUTBOX_HEADERS_ARCHIVE
    • COR_OUTBOX_ENTRY_ARCHIVE
