RMA Receipt

The Return Material Authorization (RMA) process is used to track the return of damaged or defective material from customers to replace the material with new items from inventory or repair the material. The RMA functionality enables a user to receive the returned material or reverse the receipt.

Note: To implement this functionality, you must enable the RS8924 feature on the Feature Management form.
