Job Material Issue Rapid Entry details
Information based on the specified job and operation in Job Material Issue Rapid Entry form is displayed.
- Operation
- An operation number to which the material is issued for the selected records.
- Seq
- A sequence number of the material line issued for the selected records. Note: This field is display-only and is set to 0 when the Add New Item option is selected.
- Material
- The material ID for the record.
- Material Description
- The material description for the record.
- BF
- Indicate if the items are backflushed for the job operation.Note: This field is display-only.
- Qty Required
- The quantity of items required for the material to be issued for the job
operation.Note: This field is display-only.
- Base UOM
- The unit of measure for the material issued for the job operation.Note: This field is display-only.
- Location
- The location of the item. Note:
- You can edit this option only if the Allow Location Change option is enabled in the Transaction Set Maintenance form.
- For the Lot-tracked items, the information is displayed based on the ‘Issue By’ configuration as defined in the Item Stockroom Locations form in CSI.
- Lot
- The location from which the material is to be issued.Note:
- You can edit this option only if the Allow Lot Change option is enabled in the Transaction Set Maintenance form.
- This field is blank and disabled if the material is not lot-controlled.
- Avail Qty
- The quantity available to be issued based on the specific item, location and lot
combination. Note: This field is display-only.
- Issue Qty
- The quantity to be issued for the selected material.
- Issue Qty UOM
- The unit of measure of an item.Note: This option is displayed only if the Allow Alternate UOM option is enabled in the Transaction Set Maintenance form.
- Serials
- Serial number for the Serial-controlled material.Note:
- This field is display-only.
- If the material is not Serial-controlled, the ‘0/0’ value is displayed. Click on this value to display the Serial Number Assignment form.
- An error message is displayed for the serial-controlled items that are not fully assigned for the issue quantity.
