Job Material Issue Rapid Entry

Use this form to issue multiple lines of materials to a job in a single transaction. For example, you can select more than one material lines of the same or different job operations.

You can filter the BOM items for a specific operation related to the job. After the required fields are specified, you can process the transaction to issue selected lines of materials. The requested material issue is processed individually to allow for completion of each line that passes validation.
Note: To implement this functionality, you must enable this feature (RS8901) on the Feature Management form.

Select these SF Job Material Issue Rapid Entry transaction parameters in the Transaction Set Maintenance form to allow job material issue:

  • Adjust For Scrap
  • Allow Alternate UOM
  • Allow New Material Issue
  • Allow Over Issue of Materials
  • Quantity Mismatch Warning
