Documents

Use this form to view documents related to a job, item or a production schedule. You can also access this form from the Work Center form or the Work Center Navigation Home form. You can view the Production Schedule IDM (Infor Document Management) documents for a specific production schedule or an item.

Documents are accessed from Doc-Trak, or SyteLine. Documents must meet these criteria to be accessed through this form:

• For Doc-Trak, the documents must not be marked as obsolete.
• For PLM, the documents must match the specified revision and the current date must fall within the effective dates of the documents.
• For SyteLine, the documents must be approved and the current date must fall within the effective dates of the documents.
