Viewing service requests for partners

To view service requests for partners:

  1. Select Field Service > Partner Query. The Partner Query form is displayed.
    Note: To access this form, you can also select Icon Menu > Field Service > Partner Query.
  2. Specify the Partner number. The Name and Clocked Onto values are populated based on the specified partner name. The Clock Onto field indicates whether the partner is currently clocking time on a service job. If yes, the order number, line number, operation number, and start time of that job are displayed.
  3. Click Incidents to view all customer service requests assigned to the partner.
  4. Click Operations to view all service order operations assigned to the partner.
