Picking items with PPS picking

Select Outbound Transactions > PPS Picking. The PPS Picking form is displayed.Select warehouse mobility icon/list based .

Note: To access this form, you can also select Icon Menu > Ship it > PPS Picking.

Specify this information to To define the search criteria for a pick list, :

Pick List Num: The pick list number.
Pack Location: The pack location number.
Pick Location: The pick location number.
Picker: The picker assigned during pick list generation.
Pick Date: The pick date.
Order: The customer order number.
Note: The application displays the pick list(s) based on the selection criteria. If multiple items exist in the pick list, you can select the current working pick list.

Select an item to pick and click Next.

Note: An item is automatically selected if only one item is left on the pick list to be picked or the Select First Pick Item parameter is selected for this transaction.

The order number, warehouse, location, and un-picked quantity for the selected item are populated based on the selected item.

Specify this information:

Loc: The location from where the item is picked. You can scan the location to confirm that you are picking the item from the correct location.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Loc Required parameter is selected for this transaction.
Item: The code of the item that is picked. You can scan the item code to confirm that you are picking the correct item from the location.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Item Required parameter is selected for this transaction.
Lot: The lot number. You can scan the lot number to confirm that you are picking the item from the correct lot.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Lot Required parameter is selected for this transaction.
Qty: The quantity of item that is picked.
Pack Location: The code of the pack location. This field is enabled only if the pack location is assigned to the first pick in the pick list. However, the actual pack location assigned to the pick list is populated.

Click Next.

Note: This option is displayed only if the selected item is serial controlled. You must scan or select the serial number for each item, in the Serial field. The Scanned field displays the count of the serial numbers you have scanned. You can also click Show List to view the available serial numbers or click Clear List to clear all the scanned serial numbers.

Click Process after scanning the required quantity of serial numbers.

Note:

If all items on the pick list have been picked and the Create Shipment parameter is selected for this transaction, you are asked whether a shipment must be created for the picked items. To create shipment, select Yes.
The application prints the labels if the transaction is configured to print labels automatically. Else, the Label Printing screen is displayed wherein you can specify the required details. See Printing Labels.
