Reporting Devices as Lost, Found, Broken, and Fixed

  1. Select FT App > Devices. The Devices form is displayed.
  2. Select a device from the grid. The current condition of the device is displayed in the Status field.
  3. Select the operator number in the Operator field.
  4. Specify a comment in the Comment field.
  5. Select the condition to report. Possible options are::
    • Lost
    • Found (only available if the device was reported as lost)
    • Broken
    • Fixed (only available if the device was reported as broken)
  6. Click Save.
