Defining a Factory track User Role

To define a role for the Factory Track user:

  1. Open the User Extensions form.
  2. Select a user..
  3. In the User Type field, select Administrator, Supervisor, or User. The type you specify assigns the selected user to a group authorization that allows access to the forms related to that type.
    • Administrators can access and update all the forms.
    • Supervisors can view most of the forms, and can enter and edit employee times but cannot edit configuration and organization tables.
    • Users can enter transaction information in real time but cannot edit records or modify the transaction times.
