Using employee defaults

Using the Employee Defaults form you can set the default values for an employee.

  2. Specify this information:
    For CSI, the behavior of Employee Defaults form is based on these global parameters:
    • Time Track is implemented
    • Infor CSI Time and Attendance implemented
    • None
    If the Infor CSI Time and Attendance implemented or None parameters are selected, the Data Sync Control form operates in the Non Time Track mode. In this mode, these fields are not displayed as setting up default values in these is irrelevant for Non-Time Track mode.
    • Facility
    • Emp Type
    • Indirect Task
    • ERP Cost Component
    • User Name
    • Set Payroll Id to Employee Number
    • Update Payroll ID
    • Update ERP Cost Component
    • Absence Requests
    • Employee Type for Hourly Employees
    • Employee Type for Salaried Employees
    • Employee Type for Non Employees.

      For WFM, the Non-Time Track mode is used, by default.
