Warning Messages dialog box

Use this dialog box to read any warning messages that appeared when you saved a collection.

This dialog box is displayed only for forms and situations that generate specific warnings. You can close this dialog box when it first displays and then view it again later. To do so, the form must be open. Select View > Warning Messages.

Warning messages are viewable only until you close the form.

This table lists the elements of this dialog box and explains their use.

Element	Function/Comments
Select Message	From the list of warning messages, select the one you want to view.
Go To Selection button	(Active only when a message is selected.) Click this button to display the record associated with the message. You can also double-click the message entry to go to the designated record.
Expand Selection	(Active only when a message is selected.) Click this button to display an expanded version of the warning that often tells how to correct the problem.
Done	Close the Warning Messages dialog box.

This dialog box is displayed only when attempting to save certain kinds of records in such a way as to generate this type of warning.
