License Management

This form allows the system administrator to view your company's license agreement information. The form shows when the license begins and ends and which modules are licensed. You also use this form to apply the license to stay current. The information that is displayed on this form is derived from the license document that you apply.

If you use the Intranet Licensing feature on the Sites or Sites/Entities form, this form is blocked for users on all sites except the Master Site.

Use these tabs:

  • The Licensed Module tab shows the modules for which you are licensed, number of licensed users, the beginning and ending dates for your license, and whether the license is valid. With a usage-tracking license, the number of users is always shown as 1.
  • The Multi-Session Users tab shows any multi-session users and number of concurrent sessions. A multi-session user is able to have more than one session open at a time.
  • The Apply License tab is used to apply licenses for your licensed products. The licenses come from Infor upon the purchase of the product in the form of a .txt document. The document is distributed to you either by email or on a disk. If you do not have your license document, or if you need to update your licensing, contact Infor Customer Service.
