Using stop-start on the Real Time Transaction Entry (Touch Screen form)

  1. To stop a single job without starting a new job enter and select Stop Job.
  2. Click Stop Work Set to stop the entire workset.
Note:  You can also use the Remove icon to remove one job at a time.
  3. Click Stop-Start icon, specify new job information, and click Stop-Start to Stop-Start a single job.
  4. Click Stop-Start, specify and add new work set information, and click Stop-Start to Stop-Start a work set without reporting quantities.
    Note:
    • The work set quantity reporting process stops the work set when the last job is removed. As a result the Stop-Start process is not applicable when quantities are reported on all jobs in the running work set.
    • The Work Set tab displays the jobs in the running work set.
    • The Adding tab displays the jobs added to the new work set.
    • Transaction quantities are posted during the Stop-Start process.
  5. Click Back to display the running job information on the Real Time Transaction Entry form.
    Note:
    • If the employee clicks Back before starting the workset, the loaded records are retained on the form.
    • If the employee clicks Back or exits the form for a workset, with no records, the next workset header is deleted.
  6. Select the Record check box on the Workset tab to remove a job prior to starting the workset.
  7. Select the Record check box on the Adding tab to remove a job from a work set.
  8. Click Remove Job.
Note: This feature is enabled in the RealTimeTransactionEntry.ts Start form and the Stop Start forms.
