Payroll Summary
Use this form to process payroll for employees. You can also use this form
to:
- Perform premium calculations
- Review a summary of payroll hours
- Generating payroll extracts for multiple records at the same time
Note: After payroll is processed, the Operations personnel cannot modify
the data.
After all labor records in a scheduled pay period have been approved and processed by operations personnel, you can process payroll to generate the payroll extract.
Note: After payroll is processed,
operations personnel can no longer modify records using the Hours
Summary and Hours Detail forms. To modify records after
payroll processing, see Modifying payroll records after processing.
