Payroll Details

Use this form to review and modify payroll details of an employee for a specific pay period.

The data displayed on the Extract Calculations and the Payroll Details tabs is based on the values specified in the Selection section.

The hours for the selected employee and pay period are displayed in the Extract Calculations section. These hours types are displayed:

  • Clocked Hours
  • Clocked Hours on a Holiday
  • Non-Overtime Eligible Hours on a Holiday
  • Absence Hours

The payroll data for each report date within the specified pay period is displayed on the Payroll Details tab.

Note: If the Revert Payroll functionality is configured for the site and the user has work group authorization to revert payroll, the user can revert payroll records with the status, Extracted and Processed.
