Creating a time off request

Select . The Employee Landing Page form is
displayed.

Click New Time
Off Request. The PTO Entry
form is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Start Date/End Date
- The range of period for the time off request.
- Absence Code
- The type of absence code. Possible values are:
- GEN
- HOL
- INC
- JUD
- NCNS
- PT
- SICK
- Request Type
- The number of hours for time off request. Possible values
are:
- Status
- The status of the time off request.
- Comments
- The additional information related to the time off
request.

Click + ADD ANOTHER to add another
employee number.

Click Submit.
