Creating a time off request

  1. Select Form > Open > Employee Landing Page. The Employee Landing Page form is displayed.
  2. Click New Time Off Request. The PTO Entry form is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Start Date/End Date
    The range of period for the time off request.
    Absence Code
    The type of absence code. Possible values are:
    • GEN
    • HOL
    • INC
    • JUD
    • NCNS
    • PT
    • SICK
    Request Type
    The number of hours for time off request. Possible values are:
    • Full Day
    • Partial
    Status
    The status of the time off request.
    Comments
    The additional information related to the time off request.
  4. Click + ADD ANOTHER to add another employee number.
  5. Click Submit.
