Viewing records using the Payroll Summary form
- Select Time Track Payroll > Payroll Summary. The Payroll Summary form is displayed.

Specify or review this information:
- Payroll ID
- The payroll schedule for which the summary is to be generated.
- Payroll Year
- The payroll year for which the summary is to be generated.
- Pay Period
- The range of pay period for which payroll summary is to be generated.
- Employee
- The range of employees for which payroll summary is to be generated.
Note: You can leave a field blank to display all available records for the specific criteria. -
Select the required check box(es) in the Filters section to select the record types that
must be displayed. Possible values:
- Not Submitted
- Submitted
- Premium Calculated
- Payroll Processed
- Exported

Review the list of fields that are to be exported in the payroll
extract (.csv file) in the Extract String section.
Note: Records that match the specified selection criteria are displayed.

Click the appropriate tabs to view additional data fields. Possible
values:
- Summary
- The totals for the pay period (including premiums) of regular,
overtime, and double-time hours, overtime and double-time hours clocked
before shifts, hours clocked on holidays, and unpaid hours. Note:
- This tab is displayed by default.
- This tab displays if a payroll extract is generated, the date/time and the user who generated the extract.
- Clocked Hours
- The clocked hours separate from premium hours for regular, overtime, double-time, and overtime and double-time before shifts.
- Clocked Hours on Hol
- The clocked hours separate from premium hours for dates designated
as holidays.Note: The categories displayed are similar to categories on the Clocked Hours view.
- OTEligible ABSHours
- The regular, premium, and total hours for each category of absence hours.
- Non OTEligible Hours
- The regular, premium, and total hours for each category of non-overtime-eligible hours.
- Show All
- All available data fields.
Note: The numbers displayed in red are adjusted from the original values.
