Requesting time off

  1. Select TimeTrack Forms > Employee Time Off Requests. The Employee Time Off Requests form is displayed.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Employee
    The employee number of the employee for who time off is requested.
    Request Date
    The date of the request.
    Note: By default, the current date is displayed. You can modify the value.
    Absence Code
    The absence code of the time off request.
    Start Date
    The start date of the time off request.
    End Date
    The end date of the time off request.
    Duration
    The length of time off. Available options:
    • Full Day
    • Partial
    Status
    The status of the time off request. Possible options are:
    • Requested
    • Approved
    • Denied
    • Error
    Note: By default, the value is set to Requested.
    Start Time
    The start time of the request..
    Note: The value in the Duration field must be set to Partial Day.
    End Time
    The end time of the request.
    Note: The value in the Duration field must be set to Partial Day.
  4. Specify additional information in the Employee Comment field.
  5. Click Save.
