Using the Package Move Transaction

To open the Package Move transaction, select a transaction profile associated with the Package Move transaction from the main menu.

Specify this information:

Package

Scan the package number or the SSCC number.

To Location

Specify a destination for the package. Based on the parameters configuration, this value can be automatically specified and confirmed.
Select Next to report an action for the package. The action taken when this transaction is processed depends upon the value you specify for the Action to report parameter. Based on the parameters configuration, this action can be automatically reported.
- If the Action to report is set to 0, the screen is set as information type only and the Next button is not available.
- If the Action to report is set to 1, the move screen is displayed allowing the user to move the package to pack location.
- If the Action to report is set to 2, the move screen is displayed allowing the user to move the package to dock location.
- If the Action to report is set to 3, the confirm issue screen is displayed allowing the user to report the issue.
- If the Action to report is set to 4, the load screen is displayed allowing the user to load packages on the selected package.
- If the Action to report is set to 5, the unload screen is displayed allowing the user to unload packages from the selected package.
Note: If no records are available for the provided search, the application displays error message on the List Packages screen.
