Field Unit is only displayed if also field No of Pkgs is displayed. If field Unit is displayed then field Qty per Pkg will act as info field and display the conversion factor.

Fields No of Pkgs, Qty per Pkg and Total Qty:

• Fields works in combination and none of the fields will display unless all are set to display.
• If fields are included then Total Qty field act as info field and display the calculated value No of Pkgs x Qty per Pkg + Quantity
• If fields are included then value input in Quantity field is added to the calculated value No of Pkgs x Qty per Pkg to get the Total Qty.

Field Lot Ref 1 (simple lot tracing) (14):

* Only displayed if item’s lot numbering method is 8 or 9 (simple lot tracing)

* Input is mandatory if item’s lot numbering method is 8

* Input is optional if item’s lot numbering method is 9

Field Lot Ref 2 (15):

* Only displayed if item’s lot numbering method is 8 or 9 (simple lot tracing)

Fields Lot Ref 1 (simple lot tracing) (14) and Lot Ref 2 (15) are not applicable when Action to report=5 (only packing).
