Using the Report Issue screen

Use this screen to report the issue of the material for the selected operation.

On the Report Issue screen:

  1. The selected material is displayed, along with the information fields.
  2. Specify this information:
    • Location: The location of the issued material to be reported.
    • Material: The issued material to be reported for the selected operation.
    • Lot: The lot number of the issued material to be reported.
    • Container: The container number of the issued material to be reported.
    • Quantity: The number of issued material to be reported.
    • Catch Wt: The weight of the issued material to be reported.
  3. Click Select, after the validation of the input fields.
    Note: The Material added and issued message is displayed in the List Materials screen when material does not exists on order. The material issued message is displayed in the List Materials screen when material exists on order.
