User Authorization Report
Use this report to list this information, for each user ID:
- User login status
- Whether the user is a Super User
- Editing permissions (site developer, user, etc.)
- Authorization groups to which the user belongs
- License modules to which the user belongs. This information is not meaningful in a usage-tracking licensing environment.
- User authorizations for forms, form components, and IDOs, with the allowed explicit account rights (Delete, Edit, Execute, etc.)
- Row authorizations and filters for IDOs that apply to the user
- Group authorizations for forms, form components, and IDOs, with the account rights that the user inherits from the group
- Specific forms and IDOs included in the license modules to which the user belongs.
You can filter the report by user IDs, user login status, editing permissions, group names, and Super User status.
You can also filter by object type (forms or IDOs), and then by object name.
