Send External Prompts

Select this check box to allow an event action prompt to send an email to this user through the associated external email address, if the system is set up to handle that.

The user can then click a link in the email to respond to the prompt event message, instead of responding through the Inbox form.

Note: If you do not provide a prompt address, the selected user cannot receive prompt emails to an external address.
