Blocking/Unblocking Lots

  1. Select LN Warehouse Mobility > Inventory Transactions > Lot Block/Unblock. The Lot Block/Unblock transaction form is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Item
    The alphanumeric code assigned to the item.
    Lot Number
    The alphanumeric code of the lot.
    Note: The warehouse and location details are populated based on the item and lot number specified, if lot number is stored only in one location. If not, the warehouse and location details are left blank.
    Status
    Status of the lot. Possible values:
    • Blocked
    • Unblocked
    Reason Code
    The reason to block/unblock the lot.
    Note: 
    • This value defaulted based on the value set for the Default Reason Code parameter in the Transaction Set Maintenance form.
    • This value cannot be modified when the status of the lot is Blocked.
  3. Click Block/Unblock.
